Its concept is based on more than 20 years of research, development and innovation in engineering of automated processing. Its design allows to install multiple AIRA robots along the main line, from the beginning of the dressing line until the work in the deboning plant. Moreover, they can operate in any type of slaughter lines (new or existing).
All the products to be carried out by the robotic cells are previously analysed by acquisition systems, scanning the profile of the carcass surface through the use of high resolution 3D readers and an own evaluation software to obtain great results. After each working cycle, a cleaning and disinfection process is carried out on all the tools in contact with the product, thus ensuring the highest level of hygiene and high quality products.
